As I said...I knew ta-tai would have something to say about this subject.
I breast fed my son until he was a year old,at eleven months I started to wean him off the breast. He went from breast to cup. No need for a bottle. Living in China we did a lot of air travel, when we were on flights and were ready to "take off" I would begin to breast feed. When we would descend, I would breast feed again. My son never cried on long flights from Asia to the States or the short trips in Asia. We have been on flights where babies were crying constantly ,my son never did cry on any flight long or short. The other passengers around us always commented on how good he was on the flights.
