As usual, I will add my favorites. Lutheran World Relief has links to both the ELCA and LCMS and they have links to how you can help. You pick 'em. But...if you read here about the ELCA's political ambitions (anybody but the Jooooos)...you might want to go with the LCMS. The good thing about LWR...they don't pick favorites...they just try to help people.
Or...just use Baldilocks list instead!
