Just watched Dubya's speech in the car on the laptop. The Political Teen has the video...thank goodness. The only way I can see some of this stuff.
My reaction was...WOW...heck of a better speech than the boring UN thing he gave the day before. This one attacked the issue. I particularly liked the attention he paid to the poor reaction by government to the disaster and the poverty issue within NOLA. He took it on and took responsibility.
It's a lot of dough he is spreading around...something has to be done with the corruption in Louisiana before Americans are going to be comfortable putting all that loot in the hands of Nagin and Blanco.
Update: Hugh Hewitt nails it...exactly what I felt watching this.
