I smell a lawsuit...
PORTLAND, Ore. - A Portland man died Monday after police used a stun gun to subdue him during a struggle.
Police say the 46-year old man was running and yelling in traffic and became combative when they tried to take him into custody.
Police say they used a Taser to subdue and handcuff him.
The man was conscious and alert immediately after the shock but later collapsed.
Authorities say he died on the way to the hospital.
So, in the future, all cops will have to say, 'FREEZE! Warning, this Taser gun is not intended for the elderly, anyone suseptible to epileptic seizures or heart trouble. Please identify if you fall into any one of these groups.'
*sigh*
