I actually had heard about this off and on for a while now and one friend told me the other day that it was in effect very soon. I believe, he said, the first of the year... The reason is the traffic and they are trying to get rid of all motorcycle traffic as well. They already have banned motorcycle traffic in many parts of the city. This will not help the traffic problems we currently face, it will only make it worse as people buy more cars, the roads will not be able to support them and Guangzhou will be facing traffic nightmares like Bangkok. Once again we will be in gridlock not that we aren't already!

I wish Jimmy Carter would just die or get put in a nursing home and drool all over himself. He is no longer President and hasn't been for well over 20 coming up on 30 years! The problem is he still thinks he is President and that just needs to stop! He needs to go home, and shut the F up! Go make peanut butter for crying out loud. Leave the talking to the ones that are in office getting paid to talk. Your days of glory are over Jimmy! Not that there are any days of Glory that I can think of... Huge recession, highest interest rates, prisoners in Iran...like forever... When he did try to get them out he failed! No guts no glory..... No balls either!
