Power Line is giving everyone a chance to vote for their WORST newspaper...
The Oregonian (Portland): Laurence Oeth: “Farther left than the Guardian, but without the snappy prose. Never saw a tax or union it wasn’t in love with. Read it and weep. You really need to see the print version for the full effect. The headlines are much more inflammatory than the relatively tame online version.”
I couldn't have said it better, Laurence. From the front page to the sports pages...the Oregonian exudes leftist policies that only the people of Portland can love. The very name of the newspaper is a slap in the face to the remainder of the residents of the great state of Oregon...because it does not carry the opinion of those people in any way, shape or form.
Stick with the Tribune
In the UK my vote goes to the Daily Mirror, full of leftie twaddle and USA bashing. The former editor was fired a while ago after being forced to admit that a bunch of photos supposedly depicting British troops in Irac torturing prisoners were stage managed set ups. No suprises there then.

Or as we call them here in Canada, "Center-Right Policies"
